• A provider-patient relationship is only established after mutual acceptance.
• The decision to prescribe medication is at the sole discretion of the provider.
• You should contact emergency services (911) in case of medical emergencies.
• We do not guarantee treatment outcomes or prescription approval.

Payment & Fees

‍If applicable, fees for Services must be paid in full at the time of service. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge you for the Services. Fees are non-refundable once a provider-patient relationship is established.

We may change pricing at any time but will notify you in advance of any such changes.

‍By using our Services, you consent to receive transactional messages (e.g., appointment reminders, account updates) via email, SMS, or phone. You can opt out of SMS notifications by replying STOP.
